This study should take around 20 to 30 minutes and is concerned with the way people define their own identity and what memories they provide of times when they have demonstrated particular roles and traits. The research stems from our interest in identity and its potential effects on memory for one's life. It is hoped that this research will aid the development a greater understanding of the impact of identity on memory for life events.
